Grant Harris |  SENIOR PASTOR

Grant has led Windsor Park since October 2008 after leading Northpoint Baptist in New Plymouth for 7 years. He was a banker before God led a change of career. Grant & Jo have been married for 25 years and have four kids, aged 23, 22, 19 & 17. In his spare time Grant is the Chaplain to the NZ Breakers Basketball team, who incidentally have won the Australian NBL Championship for four years out of his six years as Chaplain. Coincidence—he thinks not!

Robyn Mackenzie | FRONT OFFICE / RECEPTION

Robyn is the first 'port-of-call' for most things! She's enjoyed working at the busy Windsor Park front desk since 1999 and has been part of the church for 40 years. Robyn is married to Dave and they have eight children and three grandchildren. Outside of work Robyn is passionate about doing jigsaw puzzles and loves walking on the beautiful East Coast Bays beaches.

Linda McAdams | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Linda joined the staff team in March 2012. Prior to coming to Windsor Park she was the Financial Administrator for the New Zealand Breakers Basketball Team—her other 'family'. Linda is married to Mark who is known to most as 'the Pak-n-Save Man', has 4 children, 2 step-children and one beautiful grandaughter. Outside of work Linda loves spending time with her family and friends, attends every Breakers basketball game, is a very keen quilter & knitter, coaches college netball and loves to bake.

Sue Ogilvie | PASTOR OF CHURCH CARE

Sue has been on staff 2003 and part of the Windsor Park community since 1988. She has been married to James for 40 years and they have 5 adult children and 8 delightful grandsons. Sue loves to spend time with her family and enjoys walking on the beach, especially Wainui Beach, in the summer.

JO Cheyne | worship curator

Jo has been a part of the Windsor Park family since she and her family moved up from Christchurch in 2011 and she has been on staff as Worship Curator since 2012. Jo is married to Ish and together they have two girls Samantha and Emma. Jo leads our worship teams and oversees our special services, she has had many years of experience within church worship environments and she is passionate about creating a place and space where people can creatively and corporately worship God together. Jo loves spending time with her family and making the most of these important years of being a mum, which is her greatest joy.

Corina Makker | DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN'S MINISTRY

Hailing from a dairy farm in rural Waikato, Corina has been on staff at Windsor Park for a couple of years and now oversees our programmes and services to children from aged 0 - Year 6. Corina is full of energy and is loved by kids and parents alike. Corina leads a staff team and a large pool of volunteers to make sure Sundays are a great experience for our kids. In her spare time Corina loves to dance and loves to get back on the farm, sometimes combining both of those activities!

ANDY DONCASTER | Pastor of Youth and Young Adults

Andy has been part of the Windsor Park family since 2012 when he was interning while studying at Carey Baptist College. He is married to Ashley and they have two boys, Kyle and Keegan. Andy is passionate about building people's relationship with Jesus. Outside of church Andy loves the outdoors and lives to fish alongside his family.

Rick Pierce | PASTOR OF SPIRITUAL FORMATION

Rick has been on the pastoral team since 2007 and has been a member of Windsor Park for over 25 years! He was a Chartered Accountant before becoming Pastor of Young Adults, and has now morphed into the role of Pastor of Spiritual Formation. Rick is married to Cushla and they have two active boys—3-year old Joshua and the bouncy Joel (18 months). He enjoys playing and watching a wide variety of sports, currently majoring in badminton.

Jo Harris | COMMUNITY LIASON

Jo has been on staff since 2010 (& she's the wife of our Senior Pastor, Grant). Jo oversees all of Windsor Park's community ministries to make sure they're well connected to the Church and to provide resourcing and encouragement to ministry leaders. If you want to know about what WIndsor Park in the wider community, Jo should be the first port-of-call. Outside of work, Jo loves renovating their tudor-style house, getting stuck into the garden, and being Mum to their two adult and two teenage children.

JACQUI CAETANO  |  PRAYER MINISTRY TEAM LEADER & WINDSOR PARK HUB CHAPLAIN

Jacqui has been part of the Windsor Park community since 2000 and joined the Church Care team formally as staff in 2010 to oversee prayer initiatives. Now a community chaplain, Jacqui has increased her portfolio to include care to the families and staff of the Windsor Park Hub entities Small Fries, WindsorCreative and caféwindsor. Jacqui is married to Francis and they have three married children scattered internationally. Together they operate a B&B from home, walk for miles, photograph sunrises, and work on up-cycle projects.

YANG YANG Wu  吴阳洋  | Advocate for Chinese Ministries  中文传道

Yang Yang has been part of Windsor Park Baptist Church since 2008. In September 2016 she became part of the staff team in this newly created role to cater to the needs of our ever-growing Chinese community—within Windsor Park, as well as our surrounding area.


Yang Yang came to New Zealand as an international student from China. She has been Chaplain at Massey University for over ten years and at Auckland University from the start of 2016. She has a heart for international students—sharing the gospel with them and discipling them. She also likes art, and enjoying taking photos.

Naomi Cowan |  CEO, EQUIP TRUST

Naomi has been leading the Equip Mental Health service since 2006. Prior to marrying John and bringing up three children, she worked with at-risk youth running camps and programmes as well as fostering young girls. She has been chipping away at Social Work and Business papers at University and in 2009 completed a Graduate Diploma in Business with a Management Major. In her spare time Naomi is a keen cyclist and also loves getting buried in a good book.

Ben Fouche | CEO, Windsor Park Hub Limited

Ben is the CEO of Windsor Park Hub Limited, the social enterprise arm of Windsor Park Baptist Church. Ben holds an MBA from Bond University in Australia and majored in Entrepreneurship and Finance. He has been an entrepreneur all his life and, somehow, enjoys the ups and downs of operating a business. In his free time, Ben likes to think of ways to beat his business competition. Yes, this might be boring but it works. Ben came to New Zealand in 2016 with his wife Christel, children Dante, Ben and a miniature German Schnauzer called Oscar.

Shelley Thornton |  MANAGER, SMALL FRIES (Windsor Park Hub, Limited)

Shelley manages our wonderful childcare centre, Small Fries. With experience in early childhood education, primary teaching and business, Shelley and her team have many fun-filled days ensuring the children receive top level care and education. Shelley & Jeremy have been married for 7 years, and welcomed their cute-as baby Brooke into their lives 6 months ago. They have recently traded in their motorbike for a boat and love to try their luck fishing around the bays. Shelley also enjoys spending time with friends, getting stuck into a good book and can occasionally be spotted at the local gym.

Junie Jumig |  Manager, WindsorCreative (Windsor Park Hub Limited)

Junie has been with WindsorCreative since it opened for business in 2013 and has recently been given the task of managing Windsor Park Hub's design studio. He brings with him more than two decades of experience in the graphic design industry having worked in a design studio, public relations company, and most recently heading up the in-house design team of a Philippine snack food manufacturing conglomerate. Junie shifted to New Zealand in 2013 with his wife, Lea (who works at caféwindsor), and two kids Julea and Jedi—their eldest, Mikee, stayed in the Philippines. You will usually see their family around during the second service and hanging around after church looking for other Filipinos who are new to Windsor Park.
