Robyn is the first 'port-of-call' for most things! She's enjoyed working at the busy Windsor Park front desk since 1999 and has been part of the church for 40 years. Robyn is married to Dave and they have eight children and three grandchildren. Outside of work Robyn is passionate about doing jigsaw puzzles and loves walking on the beautiful East Coast Bays beaches.

Sue has been on staff 2003 and part of the Windsor Park community since 1988. She has been married to James for 40 years and they have 5 adult children and 8 delightful grandsons. Sue loves to spend time with her family and enjoys walking on the beach, especially Wainui Beach, in the summer.

Patsy has been part of the Windsor Park since moving to Auckland from South Africa in 2008 and has led a youth/young adult group for many years. She has worked on the Pastoral Care Team for six years before transitioning to windsorKIDS as Director of Children's Ministry late 2017. Patsy is passionate about creating a safe and fun environment where children can learn what it means to do life and faith together whilst experiencing the transforming love of Christ. She has five younger siblings who have prepared her for the chaos of children’s ministry. When she’s not at work you’ll find her either blending tea for her tea business or exploring Auckland beaches and mountains.

Rick has been on the pastoral team since 2007 and has been a member of Windsor Park for over 25 years! He was a Chartered Accountant before becoming Pastor of Young Adults, and has now morphed into the role of Pastor of Spiritual Formation. Rick is married to Cushla and they have two active primary school aged boys—Joshua and Joel. He enjoys playing and watching a wide variety of sports, currently majoring in badminton.

Jo has been on staff since 2010 (and she's the wife of our Senior Pastor, Grant) and oversees the buildings and infrastructure of the ex-pub/hotel that is Windsor Park, making sure we constantly make it nicer and that the ongoing renovations are, well, ongoing! She also works hard at making sure our site is a safe place for all people to hang out at (she’s our Health-and-Safety Officer!). Outside of work, Jo loves renovating their tudor-style house, getting stuck into the garden, and being mum to their four young-adult children.

Yang Yang has been part of Windsor Park Baptist Church since 2008. In September 2016 she became part of the staff team in this newly created role to cater to the needs of our ever-growing Chinese community—within Windsor Park, as well as our surrounding area.

Yang Yang came to New Zealand as an international student from China. She has been Chaplain at Massey University for over ten years and at Auckland University from the start of 2016. She has a heart for international students—sharing the gospel with them and discipling them. She also likes art, and enjoying taking photos.

Naomi has been leading the Equip Mental Health service since 2006. Prior to marrying John and bringing up three children, she worked with at-risk youth running camps and programmes as well as fostering young girls. She has been chipping away at Social Work and Business papers at University and in 2009 completed a Graduate Diploma in Business with a Management Major. In her spare time Naomi is a keen cyclist and also loves getting buried in a good book.

Shelley manages our wonderful childcare centre, Small Fries. She grew up in Cromwell in the South Island but have been in Auckland for over 13 years now. Her passion is developing a childcare centre with a heart for children, families and the wider community. With experience in early childhood education, primary teaching and business, Shelley and her team have many fun-filled days ensuring the children receive top level care and education. Shelley is married to Jeremy who is her loving support and they are proud parents of a gorgeous daughter, Brooke, and a beautiful son, Cody. When she's not working, she loves spending time with her family and friends.

Junie has been with WindsorCreative since it opened for business in 2013 and has  been given the task of managing Windsor Park Hub's design studio. He brings with him more than two decades of experience in the graphic design industry having worked in a design studio, public relations company, and most recently heading up the in-house design team of a Philippine snack food manufacturing conglomerate. Junie shifted to New Zealand in 2013 with his wife, Lea (who works at caféwindsor), and two kids Julea and Jedi—their eldest, Mikee, stayed in the Philippines. You will usually see their family around during the second service and hanging around after church looking for other Filipinos who are new to Windsor Park.
