PowerUp is an 8-week dynamic programme for children whose parents have separated or are going through the process of separation and divorce. PowerUP aims to help children (aged 8 to 12) work through these changes in a healthy way leading to increased levels of positivity and resilience. Each child receives a coach who is specifically matched to the child, to help guide and support them through the programme.
