Waiheke Island

Welcome To Our Waiheke Island Campus!

Located in beautiful Ostend on Waiheke Island, our Waiheke Island Campus is a smaller, diverse and welcoming group of people who gather for church every Sunday at 9.30am. Find out more about what you can expect at our campus below:

What Does A Church Service Look Like?

Our Sunday service starts at 9:30am and run for around an hour and fifteen minutes, give or take. Throughout our service we’ll have musical worship, prayer, listen to a sermon (message) sometimes via video, other times in person, and have a time of notices together where we chat about what’s going on within our church community.

We love connecting together after our service with morning tea, especially in summer outside on the deck.

Throughout the school term we have kids church available during our service where our children learn a Bible story, pray together and do fun activities, arts & crafts with one-another.

What Demographic Is The Service For?

Anyone and everyone! We’re a smaller community church made up of a mix of cultures, ethnicities and ages. Everyone is welcome. During the summer seasons we often have many international workers/tourists who base themselves on Waiheke Island for the work season/to holiday attend our services, which is always so wonderful!

What Do I Wear?

Anything so long as it’s comfortable and appropriate!

What's The Culture Like?

We’re a diverse, friendly community who love welcoming & getting to know new people to our community! We have a mix of families and empty-nesters, those in employment and those retired, those who have lived on the island for decades and those who are newly relocated. We love that we have a wide variety of people from different backgrounds, all gathering together with a common desire to get to know more of our Lord Jesus.

What About My Children?

We have kids church available during the school term where we learn a Bible story, pray and participate in fun activities, arts & crafts together. This runs at the same time as our service.

Do I Have To Sign Up?

No, however if you’d like for us to keep you in the loop with what’s coming up and let you know how you can get connected into our community, we highly encourage you to chat to Roi Nu (our Campus Pastor) who will grab your details and be in touch!
