Intermediates Youth Camp | Windsor Park Baptist Church

Windsor Park Baptist Church shall not be liable for failure to run the event due to causes beyond reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God.
Should camp be cancelled, fixed camp costs will be paid to suppliers first, then the remaining fees will be allocated to campers within a period of 8 weeks after the event. Also, should you pull out at any stage (including the day of) you will be ineligible for a full refund.
Windsor Park Baptist Church runs activities which carry a risk of injury if carried out without due care or in disregard of instructions – while all practical steps will be taken to ensure your safety, Windsor Park Baptist Church accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage to your property or person, whether arising through our negligence or otherwise.
To keep camp safe, we have rules: Follow instructions given to you by Peter Snell Youth Village and WPBC leaders and team leaders; Notify us of any potential hazard which you identify; Tell us if you do not want to participate in any activity; Do not do anything which may put yourself or others at risk of harm.
Camp is a drug free, alcohol free, cigarette, vape, e-cigarette and weapon free camp. If you are found in possession of any of these items, your parents will be notified and you will be sent home.
By registering your child for camp you are giving permission for any photos or videos taken to be used on our website and or social media. If you do not consent to this please contact manaia.huakau@windsorpark.org.nz

I understand that Intermediate Youth Camp has a fee of $180 per youth and $150 per leader. If you have any dietary requirements, please note there is a cost of $28. Please include this in your payment.

We don't want finances to stop you from coming to camp! If you are in need of sponsorship, please email manaia.huakau@windsorpark.org.nz
