Lean In: Lent It Go

Lean In is a space for curiosity, conversation and connection, where everyone is welcome!

This term at Lean In we’ll be exploring a series titled: Lent It Go, running through the calendar period of Lent and drawing on its themes of fasting, prayer, and almsgiving (think charity, or giving to the poor). We’ll focus on our culture of consumption and instant gratification, and how Jesus demonstrates a pathway of self-denial and self-sacrifice.

This week we’ll kick off this series by looking at “Re-Lenting”: Rediscovering an Ancient Christian Practice. We’ll also be serving up Noodle Canteen for dinner – bring along $10 if you’d like some kai! Join us in cafewindsor at 6pm for a great evening together!
