Aidan joined our team as the Young Adults Engagement Team Leader in July 2021, alongside his studies at Carey Baptist College. Aidan originally arrived at Windsor Park as a 15 year old in 2008 after moving from the UK with his family. Aidan is married to Keely, an ED Nurse at Starship, and the couple were part of our young adults community until Aidan’s previous work in high performance sport took them to Wellington and Sydney. An ideal day for Aidan would start early in the quiet with a good coffee and time to listen to the birds sing, before going for a run and enjoying quality time with Keely.

Roger joined the team of Windsor Park in May 2018. He has a history in financial management and consulting, but spent the first 14 years of his working life as a sheep and beef farmer in the central North island. They breed them tough down there, and Roger is still trying to work out how he managed to miss out on this trait! Married to Joanna, they have four children, a daughter-in-law and two fluffy cats. In his spare time Roger likes to hang out with his family and contemplate the theoretical benefits of walking and other forms of physical exercise.
