Lean In: Almsgiving

Lean In is a space for curiosity, conversation and connection, where everyone is welcome!

This term at Lean In we’ll exploring a series titled: Lent It Go, running through the calendar period of Lent and drawing on its themes of fasting, prayer, and almsgiving (think charity, or giving to the poor). We’ll focus on our culture of consumption and instant gratification, and how Jesus demonstrates a pathway of self-denial and self-sacrifice.

This week we invite you to join us for an evening exploring Almsgiving. We’ll unpack what almsgiving us, looking at what the Bible says about giving to the poor, and how to discern where we put our money. Join us in cafewindsor at 6pm for a great evening together!
