The Northern Exposure Trip is an incredible opportunity for our high school youth to head up north and explore the spiritual and cultural history of Aotearoa.
We’ll visit Oihi (Hohi) Beach in the Bay of Islands, where Samuel Marsden first preached the Christian message in 1814—translated by Ngāpuhi leader Ruatara—marking the beginning of mission work in New Zealand. Alongside this, we’ll explore the Waitangi Treaty Grounds, connect with a local church, and dive deeper into the story of faith and its impact in our nation.
This Interest Meeting is your chance to hear the heart behind the trip, get a clear picture of what’s involved, and learn how to apply to join this meaningful journey.
All high school students and their whānau are welcome.
