We invite you to participate in the Elder nomination process, an opportunity to help shape the leadership of our church. Through your nominations, we seek individuals who exemplify Spirit-led wisdom, a love for the church, and a commitment to following Jesus, helping guide the direction and well-being of our community.

The Role of Elders
Elders are a diverse group of women and men who work together in a collaborative leadership approach to:

- Provide spiritual governance for Windsor Park.
- Oversee the integrity and direction of our church.
- Pray for our church, staff, and mission.

Elder Nomination Process

Here’s what you need to know:

Discernment Process
- Pray and listen for the Holy Spirit’s guidance.

Eligibility: We seek individuals who:
- Are humble, intentional disciples of Jesus.
- Love the church and are deeply engaged with Windsor Park.
- Lead with selfless, Spirit-led wisdom.

Commitment
- Elders meet monthly on Monday evenings at Windsor Park.
- Respond to communications throughout the month.

Nominations
- Nominations can come from any community member, Elder, or staff.
- Nominations are due by Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.

Next Steps
- Read our Eldership & Governance Booklet below.
- Nominees will be invited to provide additional information if they wish to continue.
- Nominations are considered based on the team’s needs, and the existing Elders decide who to put forward for the AGM on Sunday, April 27th, 2025.
