It’s that time of the year where Easter is rolling around the corner and we cannot wait to head away for eCAMP together! If you are in years 7-8 this is camp is for you.

SPONSORSHIP NEEDED

We are in desperate need of sponsorship to help get our kids to camp. This can be a hugely impactful experience for young peoples faith but finances are a significant barrier. If you can donate any amount to get our intermediates to camp please make your payment to the WP Bank Account: 02 0120 0110554 01 with your EC25SP as reference.

Taking place over Easter Weekend, from Friday, April 18th until Monday, April 21st at Finlay Adventure Park, we’ll be exploring the theme The Great Adventure unpacking the Easter story together.

There will be fun-filled daily meetings featuring an awesome speaker, worship and plenty of fun. All the favourites like ski biscuits, rockets, animal survival, slingshot paintball & more will be back for you to get amongst!

Registrations & Ticket Prices:

Youth Earlybird: $328pp (before March 16th)
Leader/Volunteer Earlybird: $278 (before March 16th)
Youth Regular Fee: $348pp (before April 4th)
Leaders/Volunteers Regular Fee: $298pp (before April 4th)
Dietaries: $15pp
Late Registrations: $10pp

Included in your ticket is camp fees, food, tents and transportation.

Terms & Conditions of eCamp

Windsor Park Baptist Church shall not be liable for failure to run the event due to causes beyond reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God.
Should camp be cancelled, fixed camp costs will be paid to suppliers first, then the remaining fees will be allocated to campers within a period of 8 weeks after the event. Also, should you pull out at any stage (including the day of) you will be ineligible for a full refund.
Windsor Park Baptist Church and eCamp runs activities which carry a risk of injury if carried out without due care or in disregard of instructions – while all practical steps will be taken to ensure your safety, Windsor Park Baptist Church and eCamp accepts no liability for loss, injury, or damage to your property or person, whether arising through our negligence or otherwise.
To keep camp safe, we have rules: Follow instructions given to you by eCamp, Finlay Adventure Park and Windsor Park Baptist Church leaders and team leaders; Notify us of any potential hazard which you identify; Tell us if you do not want to participate in any activity; Do not do anything which may put yourself or others at risk of harm.
eCamp is a drug free, alcohol free, cigarette, vape, e-cigarette and weapon free camp. If you are found in possession of any of these items, your parents will be notified and you will be sent home.
By registering your child for eCamp you are giving permission for any photos or videos taken to be used on our website and or social media. If you do not consent to this please contact manaia.huakau@windsorpark.org.nz
