Real Men 2 is our second series designed to support men aged 40 to 60ish, where we go deeper as men together, covering a range of relevant topics and themes that we may be experiencing together, such as:
- Coping with the Different Life Stages/Challenges
- Men’s Health (Physical, Emotional, Mental)
- Supporting Strong Marriages
- Men + Sexuality
- Men + Spirituality
